This week was chaotic. As for an input/output device, I was able to get an LED strip working with the brake light output from my controller. I used a multimeter to measure the voltage of the signal at 9V. I used a resistor to drop to 5V for the LED strips. I also lazer cut the lenses for the brakelights and headlights. Unfortunatly, the LED strips the IRL had were both far too dim and blue. This works fine on the rear lights, as I wrapped the tail lenses in red vinyl, but the headlights are unable to be white with this strip. I spent the rest of the week running finite element simulations on my final project. See attached doccument below.
